- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each target pest and infestation is different but we always give a discount for doing all at the same time for initial treatment. We usually encourage our customers to save money by recommending a more comprehensive treatment and approach as this more thorough approach ends with better results and fewer call backs or service calls and happier customers. This in the end is our goal to solve our customers pest troubles and make them happy:)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for 2 other companies for about 2 years and was professionally trained as a crewman first then as a licensed inspector before I started Accuracy Plus in 1994. One company was small Ma and Pa shop, the other was very large Corporation with 40 inspectors and 6 locations so I got to see and experience both environments.
