- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general, pricing varies based on guest count, length of the event, and any Add-Ons selected. Our base package starts at $750 and includes 1 bartender serving a 5 hour event, amongst other things. It can be customized with any Add-Ons that you want to choose for your event, e.g. signature drinks? a champagne pour? ice? mixers? and more... - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and stress-free: 1. We start with a quick consultation call to learn about your event details, vision, and bar needs. 2. Once we confirm availability, we’ll send a quote. A deposit and signed contract are required to secure your date. 3. Leading up to the event, we set up at least one more touchpoint with you to confirm all logistics and arrival times. 4. The remainder payment is due 7 days prior to the event. 5. On the day of, our licensed bartenders handle everything from setup to cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the party!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our bartenders are certified by the Alcohol Beverage Control board, have extensive knowledge in mixology and years of experience in the industry.
