Catered by Raquel is phenomenal!!! I would recommend Raquel to anyone looking for a fresh, authentic, tasty, delicious, and eclectic approach to catered cuisine. Every dish is composed with love and creativity. She’s very meticulous and has mastered the art of accommodation, seamlessly catering to both meat lovers and vegans alike! Raquel catered an event for me recently, and I was so impressed. The food was amazing and the dishes were unique! We went with a global theme, so each dish she did was from a different country. A lot of my guests asked me who catered. She’s a professional in every sense of the word. There was not a detail left out of place. She was timely and sweet, and didn’t get annoyed by all of my questions and last minute changes. I highly suggest her.

I can not express how important it is to have an uber professional person in charge of catering a holiday company function. She made sure I was satisfied through every step especially since I expressed to her we had some picky eaters. Her puncuality and thoroughness was A-plus. Very intellegent and well informed individual. Will book again for Christmas event! THANK YOU Raquel!

I usually don’t write reviews, but Raquel is the absolute best! My original caterer cancelled on me last minute and Raquel saved my daughters party!! After being stressed about what to serve, Raquel put my mind at ease by creating a personalized menu for my party (including specific dietary restrictions), she delivered on time and even helped me set-up! Wow!! The food was delicious and I can’t thank her enough. I will definitely use her again!!
