What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is for my time. If I can walk two dogs together I will only charge for my time. 3 or more walks per week I will give a discount. For drop in visits and pet sitting it’s the same. My price includes 2 pets, more pets at a discounted rate. Also more than 5 days is a discounted rate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get information on the date and length of the project. Is it dog walking or pet sitting , How many days, location, ask about the animals, age, breed, health history. Then set up a time to talk in the phone, set up a time to meet in person. Upon meeting at clients home, get to know the animal and person, ask about schedule feeding and client expectations
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience in volunteering with shelters trained me in animal and dog behavior specifically Pit Bulls and large dogs
