- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I asked the customers and find out exactly what they want. Next, I tell them my opinion, recommendation, the time frame, itemize cost and total cost. If we all agree, then I would write down everything on a my contract paper. We both sign the paper. The customer get one copy and I keep one copy. Many times, I under bid on jobs. I always finish the job nicely no matter what and keeping my customer happy is my goal.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At first, I was doing it for my friend and relatives. They all like it and they started to refer their friends. After a while, I decided to work full time as self employed electrician. because I like working with people from different background. It's been a great job for me and I enjoy keeping my customer happy.
