Choosing your music selection should be the easiest task for your wedding to-do list; tell me what you would like to hear and leave the rest up to me. There are plenty more you could be worried about other then your DJ. I am professional, on-time, and can easily adapt to stressful situations. I love it when my clients or their guests compliment me on my music selection. I love to introduce new music to unsuspecting ears.

DJ Hunny was the perfect DJ for our wedding. She played nearly every song on our two page list of songs, found instrumentals we needed, MC'd our event, and was extremely reasonable with her rates. The whole crowd was dancing all night! Thanks, Hunny!

This review is long overdue. My husband and I have been married for over a year now. When your guests do not want to leave your wedding... That's when you know the DJ is a very skilled artist. DJ Hunny made the soundtrack to our wedding day memorable for all of us! She knows our taste in music and we also provided her a list. The music she played transitioned well, it was fluid and organic. It got us all on the dance floor! All my peeps and my husband's peeps. This was a monumental moment for my husband and me. We got married on our 11th year together and would not have chosen any other DJ for our special day. DJ Hunny thank you for playing the traditional, the obscure (reference to an old Indian song our guest requested and was stoked to hear it at the wedding reception) and most of all the swag you brought that night for all of us to enjoy! That night will be forever engrained in my memory.

DJ Hunny and her team were absolutely amazing! They provided services at both our Wedding ceremony and reception. DJ Hunny was super flexible with coordinating the music at the ceremony location, and quickly transitioned to the reception music so seamlessly. At the reception, everyone LOVED the music, the vibe, the energy that DJ Hunny and MC Ayelin brought to the wedding. My husband and I wanted a mix of old skool r&b/hip hop, but with a mix of fresher sounds of r&b, hip hop, trap, pop, and throw in some edm. What was great about them music was the variety that satisfied everyone. You had your fun pop-friendly music for the parents and aunts/uncles (she even threw in some Khmer music and we got to "Roam Vong"), to current pop hits where everyone can sing along, to trap and hip hop that got everyone off their feet and jumping. If I could, I would post some of the snaps from that night because guests said they felt like they were at a festival or concert because everyone was so hyped! And of course, they made my special request by ending the night with my all time favorite, Backstreet Boys "I want it that way" and we ended the night where everyone sang their lungs out! Because of DJ Hunny and her team, my husband and I, and our guests had so much fun that night. It's funny because everyone I asked said the night felt like it lasted a long time but in a good way in which they were having so much fun and heard and danced to such a great music!

I often support fellow DJs at their events to keep my ears open to new mixes that catch my interest. I also like to attend music events to keep myself updated as well.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I frequently enjoy a good time at either a bar or club and I began to wonder why some DJs music selection didn't seem to make anyone happy on the dance floor. That's when I decided maybe it would be something I would enjoy doing since I enjoy all types of music and it seemed as though a lot of people shared my similar taste.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Fundraisers, social mixers, weddings, birthdays, and nightclubs.
