- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is firm and I fully believe I am worth it. As your photographer, I put all my knowledge and effort into creating the best images I can for my clients and I believe that when they receive their images, they will know their money was well spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a consultation via in-person, email, or Zoom with my clients to go over what images they are looking for. For weddings - a run through of shots they want and overview of the venue, for events - a shot list and important people to note, and for headshots - the correct style and platforms they want the images for.
