- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try and not surprise the customer with change orders and plan for them in the estimate if possible. Also the lowest bid isn’t always the best price or bid. If you hire someone who doesn’t have the experience to forecast certain aspects of the scope of work and they add it to the bill later you might end up paying more by the time the are done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process starts with a detailed estimate and walk through we client. Signing of a contract and work start date fallows. We then get job completed to our and client satisfaction and usually collect final payment upon completion or final inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Finance from CSULB. I am security licensed with a Series 7 and 66 I also hold a General Contractor license C-899888
