- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two different pricing scales. One for installation and the other for week or by-monthly maintenance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is always an onsite visit for a consultation. Each garden is unique, as are the desires of each client, therefore we work with you to bring together the proper components to fit your vision and landscape. We give you our professional expertise concerning placement, hours of adequate sunlight, accumulation of nutrient rich soil, irrigation and water needs, drainage and plant selection. After we come up with a game plan, dictated by your budget, we begin with the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two university of California Certified Master Gardeners who head a team of organic gardeners and installers. We have a Combined experience of 20 years in the industry, ranging from plant nurseries, landscaping, fertilizer distribution, community garden, greenhouse growing, organic vegetable growing and professional private chef.
