Monica has been counseling and coaching individuals and couples for over a decade, helping them navigate through challenging seasons in their relationships. Some of Monica’s specialties ranges from divorce/break up prevention, heartbreak or break up recovery, codependency recovery, and healing current or past traumas.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, movies and cooking. But above all, what she loves the most is spending meaningful time with the people she loves.

Working with Monica has been a pleasure. I was hesitant when wanting to start therapy but working with her has allowed for me to peel back many layers and begin to heal from past hurts and struggles. Working with Monica has truly been a blessing in itself. She is very kind, soft spoken, patient and very knowledgeable. She is a great listener and offers tools to not only better my relationship with my fiancé; but also how we can grow as a person individually. There are many times where she has gone above and beyond for us; whether it’s last minute scheduling or sending us words of encouragement via text. Monica was a blessing for us. We were looking for a counselor familiar with duel culture experience and she was perfect. We live in the East Coast and she is on the West Coast so we didn't know about her beforehand. She is wonderful and does not take sides white supporting both partners creating a safe environment. We needed a lot of help and she did a great job. I also had a personal session with her husband and really liked him also. I highly recommend her! My wife is from India and we even had a session while she was away so Monica coordinated all the time zones so we could meet once. I pray we won't need her again but if we do we won't hesitate to reach out to her.
