Live sound reinforcement and DJ'ing are a passion for all associates of Tall Cans Productions. We love what we do and our passion drives us to raise the bar for our clients. - Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently provided our services at below cost for the Los Angleles Crohn's and Colitis foundation's Take Steps charity fundraiser event. We provided a large PA for up to 2,000 people, a stage, generator power, monitors, mics and front of house mix. We volunteered our time for a wonderful cause to find a cure. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I suggest that you first talk to your event productions company on the phone and see if they are willing to do a free consultation and venue walk through in advance. Also, ensure that they have current professional gear through pictures on their website. Make sure it all matches and looks good. Speakers are built in components and are tuned to work best with the other speakers in the same product line. Try to avoid sound companies with mis-matched speakers from different brands and product lines.
