My objective is to be your last personal trainer, it's time to create new habits while still enjoying all of what life has to offer! What is M.I.D? “What does it take to accomplish any goal?” the answer, “the right Mindset, Instruction, and Discipline!” You can’t have one and not the other. With MID training, you learn how to shift your mindset, the instructions to accomplish your goals, how to create a routine, and how to eat properly and guess what? NO FOODS ARE OFF LIMITS! Yes, you heard correctly, you can have your cake and eat it too! All programs are one-on-one because every person is unique and have different goals. Lets GO! Pricing I offer monthly programs as well as session by session plans. Location I offer to travel to my clients or meet at my gym and or a public area such as park or beach. I also do online coaching if interested we can discuss on an introduction call.

I knew right away that Christina was going to be the perfect trainer for me. After I reached out to her, her assistant diligently sent me all the info needed. I also had a personal phone call with Christina to create a workout routine that fit my needs. It is not just about your body and good intake but about your mind. She checks in regularly to ask about my mental and emotional health which ties into my physical health. I can't say enough great things about her. I feel little to no stress, less pain in my shoulders and neck (where I hold my stress) and I have losses about 3 or more inches in my waist. I feel more confident and excited to continue to work with her.

They wouldn’t let me choose all 5 or I would’ve.. I’ve been working with MID Training for almost a year now.. it’s truly the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. February 2020 I weighed 267 lbs. and started losing some weight through a foot reconstruction. I was planning on having a gastric bypass in September 2020 but found Christina who was in the works of launching MID n she said I didn’t have to weigh my foods or count macros or anything else n not give up any foods n I was hooked! We Officially started together in September 2020 i was 234 lbs. I am now around 185 lbs. and haven’t weighed this since the early 90s! I’m a type two diabetic n started with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, acid reflux, n chronic pain for which I was taking a handful of meds everyday.. with MID’s help, I’ve come off 8 of 11 meds n my A1C went from a 7.4 to a 6.0 n still dropping! She’s teaching me how to eat n exercise within my physical limitations. She’s helped change my mindset and my mental health has improved and I didn’t need surgery to do any of this! I didn’t even work out every day and I’m still losing weight! She’s been my biggest cheerleader and has walked me through some very tough stuff and I will continue to walk with her until she doesn’t want my money anymore LOL she’s very caring and supportive and fun to work with. Seriously give her a try you won’t be disappointed!

When you get a trainer who does it all! Not only is Christina a personal trainer but she is a wellness coach, she really emphasizes on your mindset and your attitude towards your goals. I felt incredibly comfortable working with her online and in the gym. Most importantly, she taught me how to live and love food!
