“What does it take to accomplish any goal?” the answer, “the right Mindset, Instruction, and Discipline!” You can’t have one and not the other. With MID training, you learn how to shift your mindset, the instructions to accomplish your goals, how to create a routine, and how to eat properly and guess what? NO FOODS ARE OFF LIMITS! Yes, you heard correctly, you can have your cake and eat it too! All programs are one-on-one because every person is unique and have different goals. Lets GO!
Pricing
I offer monthly programs as well as session by session plans.
Location
I offer to travel to my clients or meet at my gym and or a public area such as park or beach.
I also do online coaching if interested we can discuss on an introduction call.
