- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair and will work with you. I give a up front price and that won't change. You won't get cheated out of your money. I charge by the job and also charge by the hour. My hourly rate is $90hr. And I have 2hr minimum. But it all depends what the job is. Thanks you Schaefer Services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explain in details on how long it take and the in -out of the job. Be honest and upfront about the job and price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in electrical, plumbing, drywall,tile/floor, kitchen sink, bathroom sink.
