Introduction: As a Property Manager, I look to minimize turnovers and vacancies, place and retain strong tenants, increase asset value and property exposure by creating and implementing strategic leasing plans and effectively marketing each asset. To prospective tenants, I offer a fun, informed leasing experience while providing superior customer service. Working with and meeting new people everyday. Also, I like that everyday I help others; either by helping someone find a space or by helping a property owner manage and maintain a valued asset.
