- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$80 per hour/ per person. You must have equipment/approved facility to train. *Personal training sessions can include but not limited to: weight training/resistance training, cardiovascular training, nutritional counseling, speed, agility, balance, sports enhancement, BOSU training, etc. *3-6 days a week required; 3 month commitment minimum *special rates can apply for 6 month commitments/pre payments * I am currently available for serious clients Mon-Sat from approx. 9am-2pm

Being a National Acedemy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer, an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, a DotFit Fitness Professional and a Crunch Fitness Group Fitness Instructor and Small Group Trainer... I always start with a consultation and fitness assessment in order to establish the goals of my client's.
