Kristine is the perfect trainer! She has guided and motivated me to accomplish what I never thought would be possible. Every workout with Kristine is the best workout possible. You have never had your best workout until you train with Kristine. I guarantee it! She is very knowledgable in all aspects to keep you on track from your physical training to nutrition to overall well being to help you reach your goal. Kristine is very passionate about what she does and it is always evident through each session. She is always there to guide and support you with her positive and caring approach. She truly cares about her peeps :) I am grateful for Kristine not only for helping me reach my goals but setting a lifestyle change. Training with Kristine is the best decision I have made.

Kristine as my personal trainer has pushed me to limits I thought were out of my reach, making me feel much stronger and more accomplished than I've ever felt before. Something as simple as stretches, sprinting, and squating I struggle with doing correctly but she has been helping me to correct my form which in turn will enhance my performance in my future training. On top of that, I'm very new to strength training and she never makes me feel less adequate for not knowing much when it comes to fitness. She's full of fitness knowledge, and shares it, she doesn't just go through the motions of a workout. She takes the time to explain exactly how to engage each muscle we are training during any given workout. She has great advice when it comes to nutrition as well and has help me understand how keep track of my macros which I've never done before (have always been only a calorie counter). I've already been seeing amazing results and changes in my body thanks to Kristine's help and I look forward to continuing this journey with her expertise!

Kristine is very professional and very goal oriented. She knows what she's doing to keep me on track for my goal of losing weight and she's very passionate of what she's doing. She's an awesome trainor!!!!

Kristine is an amazing, dedicated, devoted and extremely hard working trainer. If you fail she fails is the way that she conducts her herself. She takes great pride and responsibility in your journey. Kristine is a walking wealth of knowledge. Not only does she train you and provide you with a dietary plan to help you reach your goals but she also educates. She's an expert at proper form to optimize your workout. Most importantly she is always working your core. Further, Kristine is ultra responsible and honest. The best trainer that I've worked with. She's amazing and you will never regret signing up with her.

I've always considered myself relatively "fit". I was a "triathlete" if you may. You know, the one who ran for miles on end, taught numerous cardio classes and a yoga socialite. Admittedly, I was the utmost epitome of a cardio bunny. I'm working the most important muscle in my body so how could I not be fit, right? And I thought that was enough until someone showed me just how poorly I've mistreated the rest of my muscles. Kristine plays a major part for my passion and love for weight lifting. I was this little weakling who cringed at the idea of curling a 5 lbs. dumbbell when she first introduced me to bodybuilding a few years back. Similarly to everyone who swore and declared their New Years resolutions earlier this year, my goal was to transform in a very short and specific time frame, 11 weeks to be exact. It's been a few weeks since that goal expired and I'm constantly being asked how I did it. For one, the goal was never mine alone. Kristine had genuinely shared interest in making my goals her own. And this is what truly sets her apart from the rest. It's not a mere job for her, where others would ritually show up for the sake of making that dollar. She's passionate and she truly cares about her clients (who all become so keen towards her). People that are robotic in their ways are manifested through their products. But not Kristine. Once a client is assigned, she makes every effort to foster and create a unique relationship with every single one, much like a parent is with all their children. As long as you're compliant and do not try to resist what you're being told, you will achieve those goals much sooner than you realize ;)

Oh Farrah, my dear. I couldn't have asked for a more dedicated and compliant person to train. I brag about you all the time and rightfully so. 11 weeks. The human body is sooo amazing when we allow it to be. Some people said what you have ALREADY done couldn't be done... but yup. It's done :) I am so very proud of you! Keep the momentum! This is just the tip of the iceberg.
