- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every reading is different. I don't ask a lot of questions at first, and often I do not know the question/situation the client is wanting to find out about. I find that this helps me to have clarity without preconceived notions so I can give the client a reading they connect with. It's all about giving them the message they need to hear.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am actually a Registered Nurse with a Master's degree in pediatrics. I feel that this "day job" forces me to use all my senses and my intuition as I work with tiny babies who cannot tell me what is wrong. Healing practitioners learn to listen to those "gut feelings" to better care for their patients. That extends to emotional and psychological healing as well.
