I give myself a cushion for travel. Also, I will go lower for not for profits and schools.

Getting to know them especially. That way I can understand their vision and goals

I have a BA in creative studies from UCSB and 7 years marketing experience in corporate and agency setting. Teacher of at youth risk for 3 years. Sat with gurus regularly.
