Introduction: We get it right no matter what! Communication between the customer, salesperson and installer is a focus for us. Our focus is on customer satisfaction and to achieve that goal we clearly explain all the features of the products they are buying so they don't have any unexpected surprises when the window treatments are installed When a customer is purchasing new window treatments it is commonly one of the last projects they do when doing any type of remodel so I like being the final touch of the project. It always makes a larger impression than the customer anticipated. Seeing their smile is what makes me love my job.

Jessica and Josh are wonderful to work with. They have done two houses for me, ours and my mother's. Their products are all top of the line, and Jessica is very knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions. The installations were done well and quickly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for window treatments!

The entire experience that they provide is phenomenonal! It starts with a complete in home consultation that gives you a full understanding of all your options at your house without the stress of not being sure what would look best in your house and ends with experienced and courteous installers putting the products in. It's a smooth process with them all around. Their products are well worth the money and the whole team is professional and knowledgeable! If you need windows, custom drapes or even cushions I highly recommend calling them today. You will be happy you did!

I am looking for drapery for living room and bedroom. Minimal & Modern style, backout and mainly white color to match the white wall. If possible, thursday morning would be good. Same day I replied: Hi Cristal, Thank you for working with us to get an estimate. We are new to Thumbtack but have been in business for many years. We look forward to helping you. We offer many products each with many options/fabrics, etc. All prices are based on exact size of the window. So giving estimates can be hard without doing an in-home consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained on products and installation on a yearly basis
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After graduating with a business degree from college, I took some Interior Design classes and fell in love with this industry. I worked for another company first and when I moved out of the area, I started my own business.
