Introduction: I am offering yoga and yoga as therapy (personal or group). If you would like to supplement yoga to your current training program, if you're looking for a new way to exercise, or if you're healing from injuries or are disabled, I can introduce the right type of yoga for your body and needs. I use biomechanics, functional movement and yoga to create a program beneficial to your needs. I have over six years of experience in training elderly and disabled individuals in therapy settings, using therapeutic exercises and yoga, as well as in training individuals with injuries, such as shoulders and knees. I am a certified yoga instructor. I am able to come to your residence for personal training or group training if your friends and neighbors would like to join in for a fun and effective yoga class. I love helping people heal and prevent injuries!
