Esprit de Core Pilates Studio

Introduction: Esprit de Core Pilates Studio provides one-on-one sessions, duets and trios on the Pilates equipment and group classes on the mat for optimum results. We recognize that every student is unique at Esprit de Core Pilates Studio, and, therefore, requires a Pilates training approach that is tailored to their condition and needs. The instructors at Esprit de Core specialize in implementing the Pilates procedure to improve our students' well-being and health for rehabilitating an injury, for pre and post-natal health, specific sports performance (golf, tennis, running, cycling, skiing and riding to name a few), general strength and conditioning and for the senior population, to assist in improving the functionality and quality of daily living. We also offer in-home Pilates sessions for those who prefer not to or are unable to leave their homes. At the studio, we mainly work with clients in duet or one-on-one sessions, but we also provide group and trios mat classes as well.
