Marc was very responsive, got the work done quickly and well for a great price. He installed a water pressure regular for a price that was more reasonable than other quotes I got! He also diagnosed a leak I didn’t know I had that another plumber missed.

Marc saved us at 10pm at night - our kitchen sink/dishwasher wer backing up, and they share the same sewer line as the bathtub on the second floor. Once I took a bath my wife told me that the kitchen was raining, and water was all in the cabinets. Marc was able to come and work until midnight unclogging two sewer drains, and diagnosed why the bathtub was leaking. He told me that I could attempt to repair the bathtub plumbing on my own since i'm pretty handy, or he could come back and do it. Super reliable

I was very pleased with how fast he responded, he also did not run me around the bush with prices and gave me a fair deal for what I needed done at did it in a matter of time. I was very pleased with the service as I had a flooded bathroom from a sewer that popped the toliet. He was very helpful and I appreciate it as it was a disgusting job and needed it done immediately. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to get to know my customer's on a personal level creating a lifelong friendship. I always ask what their budget is, if they have multiple jobs and I always find out which is a top priority, and will always work around their schedule to accommodate them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Contractor's License and I also attended school at PHCC.
