Introduction: Acting for film and TV is a practical application of the techniques students will learn in these acting classes. Our film and TV class explores the various forms of the medium technically and artistically: script analysis, the rehearsal process, scaling the character's levels of expressiveness, and revealing the inner life in close-up. Every week, every student will learn to break down a scene, actor attack it, apply our lesson directly by putting it down on camera, watching it back, and if time permits, doing it again with new actor choices you will learn. This class is perfect for every actor who really needs to hone the skills he already has, builds audition rhythm, and releases nerves in a positive way. Scenes will be provided from current television and films auditioning that current week.
