- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?What they have to know is that depending on the type of work the price is different, for example for a water and gas leak there are two different prices, to repair the sewer it is a different price, because sometimes the problem is 5 feet deep and it is necessary to excavate and protect the area with shoring, and to change a water heater there are times they are outside the house and other times it is in the basement. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First solve the problem, be honest with what is happening and repair only what is necessary. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 7 years of experience in plumbing, I took a course to do liners, and I have experience in doing large jobs.
