- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The type of pest or trapping service varies with pricing. Any repair work or exclusion work sealing up vents or gaps can be quoted at the time of inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the Pest Industry listening to customer's experience / problems with the pest or rodent they are dealing with is a number one. Depending on the type of service needed a typical treatment for a monthly pest service usually runs about an hour. With detailed service we ensure Quality at lock & key, vacant, or occupied accounts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience in the pest control industry. I started out as a termite technician with no experience, to within 2 years moving up to a supervisor / Termite Inspector in the Termite Department. I then decided to enter the Pest Control department with 2 other companies where i started out treating residential homes. I was then promoted to servicing the Food Industry and production facilities along side major Audit companies. It was time to take that final step forward and start Prime Pest Management with the hopes of saving customers money without losing the Quality in Pest Control.
