Our pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. Every job starts with a thorough inspection so we can give you an accurate quote based on the actual scope of work — not a generic number. We serve both residential and commercial clients, and pricing reflects the size of the property and severity of the infestation. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a detailed inspection of your property to identify entry points, activity areas, and the extent of the problem. From there, we walk you through exactly what we found and recommend a customized plan. Our approach focuses on exclusion — sealing off entry points so rodents can't get back in — rather than relying on poison. We use only family- and pet-safe methods, and we're available for same-day service when possible. If rodents return, so do we, until the problem is fully resolved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rodent control runs in our family — I grew up learning this trade and have been doing it professionally for several years.
