Eli was great. He personally went up into the attic, identified exactly where the rats were accessing the home, and clearly explained the problem. The very next day, he returned with his team. They cleaned out the attic thoroughly and sealed the entry points properly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a detailed inspection of your property to identify entry points, activity areas, and the extent of the problem. From there, we walk you through exactly what we found and recommend a customized plan. Our approach focuses on exclusion — sealing off entry points so rodents can't get back in — rather than relying on poison. We use only family- and pet-safe methods, and we're available for same-day service when possible. If rodents return, so do we, until the problem is fully resolved.
