- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic fee is 59$. If you decide to have the repairs done, your diagnostic fee will be completely subtracted from your total estimate, which means you will only pay for the repair itself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
