Eugene took extra time to fix my dishwasher that had serious problems. It took45 minutes just get it out of the cabinet space, and he was super careful not to scratch or damage my floors and cabinets. He also repaired my Samsung washer and dryer and cleaned out the units guts of lint and dust. He did not once try charge me extra and everything works perfectly.

Eugene was professional and very fair. He could’ve fixed my washer, but it would’ve broken in the next couple years. He was honest and told me it would be better and more cost-effective for me to get a new washer. He really didn’t want the business, but he stood on principal and I appreciate it his insight. He actually suggested a place to get a washer and I was able to get it for a little bit more than what I would’ve paid him.
