Eugene responded right away and he showed up on time. He figured out the problem and returned the following day to replace the defective fan. It took him around 20 minutes to do the job but stuck around another 40 or so minutes to make sure everything was working properly. If and when something else breaks down (washer/dryer and refrigerator) I will definitely call him again.

Eugene took extra time to fix my dishwasher that had serious problems. It took45 minutes just get it out of the cabinet space, and he was super careful not to scratch or damage my floors and cabinets. He also repaired my Samsung washer and dryer and cleaned out the units guts of lint and dust. He did not once try charge me extra and everything works perfectly.
