I placed a request late night and got a response from Alex immediately. Alex assured me he could fix my fridge and was there promptly the next day. Alex found my unit and immediately went to work on my fridge eventually determine the evaporator was frozen over, and a number of lines needed cleaning. In less than an hour Alex had the issue resolved and showed me photos of the work performed. I paid Alex an extremely reasonable rate considering the short notice order and for the effort he put in. I would highly recommend Alex from here on out and call him for my applicable repair needs.
