Fantastic. Nik was here the afternoon after I contacted him. I thought I knew what the problem was and he confirmed it. Dishwasher hose was clogged , no pump replacement needed. He fixed it thoroughly, showed me how to do it, and the price was great. I immediately asked him about the jammed hinges on my stove and he’s ordering the parts this week. I’m never calling an appliance company again. No hesitation in using Nik again.

He arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He was courteous and professional. He checked the machine, which was suddenly working properly in a way it hadn't in 2 weeks. Nik refused to accept any compensation since the machine was not malfunctioning. For that reason, alone, I will be calling him whenever we do need appliance repair!!
