He is the friendliest guy, very non threatening appearance and demeanor. He came when he said he would had my washing machine fixed quickly and told me how to maintenance my refrigerator as it had a noise that could lead to a problem. Also,, was cheaper for the entire call and repair than another company wanted for just showing up. He’s my guy for all appliance issues in future. If you don’t use Niko then well you’re doing it wrong.

He then gave an estimate on his work which was correct. Nik’s work was excellent! He even worked around my schedule so he could come the very next day! He was extremely knowledgeable about my Viking appliances and his chargers were very reasonable. I have had him back a couple more times for other appliance problems. I would highly recommend him! Five star service, value, and overall experience. I had a water leak problem with my KitchenAid refrigerator and contacted Nik on Sunday. He was able to come on Sunday to check out the issue. He diagnosed it quickly and found the replacement part online. I paid him for the part and he said that he would be able to finish the job on Tuesday afternoon. Nik completed the repair on Tuesday and the fridge is no longer leaking. Nik is very professional and did a good job. I would hire him for other appliances repairs.
