Nik was amazing, fair, and knowledgeable. Above all else he was honest. He assessed and diagnosed my problem which wasn't something cost effective to repair. He told me the truth and only charged me the service call. I will certainly hire him again if I have another appliance issue.

Nik was, great! Not only was he able to fix the problem, he did so with professionalism and made sure the job was done. He stayed within his quotes to fix the problem even though it took a lot longer for him to get the job done. Not because of anything that was his fault. He is a true man of his word and very trustworthy. I would not hesitate to use him to repair any appliances
