He is the friendliest guy, very non threatening appearance and demeanor. He came when he said he would had my washing machine fixed quickly and told me how to maintenance my refrigerator as it had a noise that could lead to a problem. Also,, was cheaper for the entire call and repair than another company wanted for just showing up. He’s my guy for all appliance issues in future. If you don’t use Niko then well you’re doing it wrong.

Our refrigerator freezer motor was making a loud noise and ice was built up on the back inner walls and on the coils. We looked up appliance services and Niks Appliance Repair came up first and he had great reviews, so we submitted a request and Nik responded within a couple minutes, we told him the issues and sent some pictures, he was able to come within an hour to take a look. He arrived as promised and went right to work defrosting our freezer side. He showed us the build up and explained some of the issues causing it. He cleared out all of the ice, wiped up all of the water and cleaned the inside of our freezer and it looked like new. He gave us some instructions and then plugged our refrigerator back in and we were so grateful that there was no fan noise and we had our refrigerator running smooth again. Nik was kind, professional and an all around nice guy. We will recommend his services and def use him again for our appliance issues.

Nikita quickly responded and, in fact, came later the same day we contacted him. He ordered a part and said he’d be in touch when it arrived, with an estimated time frame, and that’s exactly what happened. He’s clearly reliable, knows how to analyze a problem, and is very professional. I would definitely call on him again for an appliance repair, should the need arise.

Nikita responded almost immediately to our outreach via Thumbtack and we agreed on a time for him to make a house call. He was on time and quickly assessed the issue with our refrigerator freezer (the defrost sensor). He explained exactly what needed to be done, how much it would cost and how long it would take to fix the problem. His work was super-efficient and of high quality - he certainly knows his way around appliances. And he was a pleasure to have in our home.
