Nik was amazing, fair, and knowledgeable. Above all else he was honest. He assessed and diagnosed my problem which wasn't something cost effective to repair. He told me the truth and only charged me the service call. I will certainly hire him again if I have another appliance issue.

5 stars. Nik was fantastic! I contacted him through Thumbtack after I tried replacing the seal on my Sub-Zero refrigerator myself and couldn’t get the new seal back on properly. I was in a situation where I really needed it taken care of quickly, and Nik responded almost immediately and was at my house within an hour. He was extremely professional, kind, and clearly knew what he was doing. He got the seal installed correctly and had everything taken care of quickly. What impressed me even more was that he took the time to give me some really helpful maintenance advice, not just for the refrigerator, but for several other appliances in the house as well. Nik was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. This was about as good of an experience as you could ask for when you suddenly need an appliance repair. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable appliance repair professional
