I hired Nik to service an older model gas cooktop. It was clear that he knew what he was doing when evaluating the appliance. Instead of pushing me to buy the expensive replacement part and charge me for an expensive repair, he advised that it would be more cost effective for me to buy a new cooktop. NIK was excellent! We had difficulty with our LG dryer (squeaky, rough rotation, and poor drying). I looked up appliance repair on Nextdoor and his name popped up at the top with 5 stars and now I know why. He called me back immediately and came by in the afternoon (gave us a 2 hour window). He opened the machine, showed us the problems and also cleaned all the lint build up (potential fire hazard). I give him an all-around “5” for punctuality, professionalism, value, work quality, and responsiveness. Did I mention he’s super nice too? He is now in my “contacts” on my phone and you should add him to yours too. We will be calling him next time we have an appliance problem. No need to call anyone else.
