Sam is very calm and kind. He fixed our uncommon brand that no one else would tackle. He even advised us to call the gas company because he noticed much yellow fire as opposed to blue which may pose danger. He’s saved us money by fixing the problem. I’m excited to begin baking again. Sam is very personable & I’d gladly contact him again.

My fridge completely died, so I called this company, and they scheduled an appointment for the same day. The technician called me to notice his ETA and arrived on time. He walked me through everything and showed me the problem. We agreed on the price, and two days later, my fridge was back up and running!Great service, no hassle, and no surprises. My old Amana fridge stopped freezing. After trying to revive it with my very limited knowledge of what to do I had to call someone. Contacted Pure ApplianceRepair and Murod came out. He did a very thorough inspection and diagnosis, the compressor was shot and had to change out some damaged copper tubing and other work required with changing the compressor. A very pleasant and nice guy. You can tell hes very experienced and knows his stuff by the way he did things. A true professional. Now my old fridge is working again. Thanks to Murod.
