Appreciated Stan's knowledge of microwaves and what may go wrong. He started by testing the door switches on my Sharp Carousel, which after 17 years, stopped heating. He tested both switches -- one worked and the other didn't and showed me how they should function correctly. He replaced the one that's broken. He also tested the microwave afterward, to make sure it's heating. All went really well! He was efficient too. I'm glad I didn't try to take apart the microwave myself because I don't know the high voltage parts by sight and could have really hurt myself. However, I thought afterward it would have been good to ask him to change about both door switches, since if the second fails, I have to pay for another repair service, and the part itself doesn't cost that much. Would definitely call him again for appliance repair.

Stan resolved issue with my dryer. After evaluation of issue, he provided cost to repair with estimated time to fix. I liked how easy it was to book an appointment online, provided pictures of dryer with model number and description of issue. Sam was prepared with parts so he as able resolve issue immediately. My refrigerator stopped working on New Year’s Day. I booked Stan for the following day and he arrived on time. He checked out my refrigerator to see what the problem was, gave me two ideas and prices about what the problem could be, and went to get the part. He returned about a half hour later and quickly repaired my refrigerator that same day. Stan is professional, skilled, and offers reasonable prices. I will DEFINITELY call him for all of my appliance repair needs.
