- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $30 service call to come out, inspect the appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an estimate. If you move forward with the repair, the $30 is applied toward the total cost, so you do not pay it separately. We believe in honest pricing, clear communication, and no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask about the appliance problem and basic details such as the brand and model if available. Then we schedule a service visit, inspect the unit, diagnose the issue, and explain what needs to be repaired. After that, we provide an estimate and, if approved, we complete the repair and stand behind our work with a warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10 years of hands-on experience in appliance repair, working on a wide range of household appliances and diagnosing many different issues. Our experience includes refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, and more. We focus on safe, accurate, and dependable repair work.
