Couldn’t speak more highly of Marty and his team. They actually weren’t able to solve our specific problem because we ended up needing a new appliance. But they did their best to make our original appliance work and refused payment because they weren’t able to solve our problem. We will absolutely trust them with any appliance issues we have in future. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Responsive and prompt in communication as well.

Marty is a reliable and very professional repairman. When I contacted him initially through Thumbtack, he responded almost immediately with a phone call to schedule a in-home visit, which was within 1 day of our phone call. He came to inspect my washer and dryer, gave me an estimate and ordered the parts, and my washer and dryer were fixed within 2 days. From the start to finish, he was able to completely my project in less than a week. He was very responsive and kept me posted through every step, from ordering the parts, to even letting me know when he would arrive at my home. He’s my go-to appliance man from now on!

Marty helped with assessing the situation for my refrigerator and dryer. Told me what the estimate would be for both. recommended getting a new refrigerator as the repair would be just as expensive as before. He got replacement parts for the dryer and fixed its faulty door

Tatterbay Repair quickly responded to my request and offered to come on Sunday at no extra charge. Marty and Said arrived at the time stated, assessed the situation and were able to do two of three repairs in short order. They anchored the kitchen faucet. Then disassembled the dishwasher door and found the screw inside and firmly reattached it. Cost for was reasonable
Brackets are needed to secure the dishwasher which have been ordered. They expect to return on Tuesday to install. Upon entering they put blue plastic booties over their shoes — quick and professional! I am very pleased.

We charge a $40 service call to come out, inspect the appliance, diagnose the issue, and provide an estimate. If you move forward with the repair, the $40 is applied toward the total cost, so you do not pay it separately. We believe in honest pricing, clear communication, and no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask about the appliance problem and basic details such as the brand and model if available. Then we schedule a service visit, inspect the unit, diagnose the issue, and explain what needs to be repaired. After that, we provide an estimate and, if approved, we complete the repair and stand behind our work with a warranty.
