Both Oleg and Diana of Vertex are amazing to work with. Oleg always shows up on time and can handle requests the same day or next day. I had an issue with my dryer not heating up and Oleg was able to diagnose the issue, find the parts that need replaced, and explain to me why the issue occurs as well as how dryers actually work. He gave fair price for parts and labor. Meanwhile Diana at the office is always responsive when I reach out, and she keeps me up to date with the part delivery. I would call Vertex whenever I have an issue with my appliance!
