- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask what type of event is desired, how many people, what type of music, special requests (specific music, microphone, lighting, etc). From there we work out a game plan and specific budget.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Business parties, fundraisers, clubs, weddings, fraternities, and pretty much every other type of customer as well. I am a one man operation, so I am somewhat limited in the size of the event if I am providing the sound equipment.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have quality sound equipment, and a wireless mic if you need it. Sometimes lighting is important too. Also, the music they DJ normally is relevant, but only if you need them to actually mix music. A fundraiser with actually preset playlist would nit need to inquire.
