Introduction: More than 20 years of youth basketball development and coaching experience. Former Director of Youth Basketball Development for Boston Celtics. My program provides positive and uplifting basketball training and development experiences for athletes of all levels and ability levels from recreational to elite. I utilize creative and dynamic drills and games from the NBA, Jr. NBA, and USA Basketball to help athletes grow their game and build confidence quickly.
I pride myself on providing positive basketball development experiences to a generation of people surrounded by negativity in sports. My athletes enjoy training together because they're having fun at practice. Simultaneously they are improving their skills, decision-making, toughness, and character.

Sam is the most incredible coach ever! No one has ever come close to him in any sport my boys have done. They look forward to his lessons like nothing else.
He has a great personality that my boys love, but he also has a strong presence that my boys respect. Sam is the perfect combination of cool and fun but also serious and professional. The lessons are so fun and engaging, but he’s also amazing at keeping them in line. Not only have they enhanced their basketball skills, but he’s incredible at teaching sportsmanship and building their confidence. There are so many great life lessons woven into practice that have been really inspiring for my boys.
There is zero doubt in my mind that anyone who uses Sam would be completely thrilled. We feel so grateful to have him in our kids’ lives. They’ve gotten so much better on and off the court because of him.

My 9 year old has been working with Coach Sam for over 6 months and it’s been so fun watching him improve and gain confidence! Sam always shows up prepared really spends time working on necessary skills and is always asking for updates on his games and any adjustments they should make to training. He’s genuinely invested in my son and wants him to grow and love the sport of basketball. My son loves working out with Sam and gets so excited to see him. I can’t recommend him enough!

My ten year old twin girls have loved working with Coach Sam. He has a wonderful ability to engage children which enables them to focus on practicing while also having fun. Their basketball skills have greatly improved and they have become more confident players all thanks to Coach Sam!

Sam’s legit. He has so much to teach because he’s an extremely talented player and coach. He has tons of experience and he is flexible to the students needs. I’m over 40 and Sam taught me new things and there were instant results. He’s patient with the process and he loves the game. He started working with me son who is 8 as well and my son not only enjoyed but saw instant benefits and wants to continue he has a knack for coaching people of all ages. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Sam trains our special needs son and the passion for fitness and motivating others is infectious. Since he began working our son several months ago, we have seen an increase in his endurance, coordination, basketball skills and a desire to exercise. Sam is the man!!
