- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is not complicated but I'll lay it out here: I charge by the hour with a four-hour minimum. Drive time is charged one hour each way if outside of my zip code. Payment can be made by Cashiers Check, Debit or Credit. I offer senior, military and veteran discounts. I am a veteran and love to honor my co-vets!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been writing and editing since I was a one-digit aged child. As my talent and skill grew I became the "go-to" person in my ever growing circle of friends and acquaintances. I developed into an expert at editing term papers, theses, dissertations, articles and literary works (i.e. books). I was fast, accurate and detailed. I gave vivid yet simple explanations behind the reasons changes were made as well as praise when things were expertly correct in their writings. It follows suit that after years of freelance work this would become my chosen profession. I am doing something at which I am very adept and passionate about.
