- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the field of fitness in order to stay certified, like a doctor or lawyer you must maintain a certain amount of continuing credits, so yes. That and I am constantly reading articles weekly upon a subject in the field that intrigues me or talking with other professionals about other subjects.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been competing and promoting natural fitness for about 5 years at the time, bodybuilding shows mostly (which includes bodybuilding, figure, physique, and bikini), have a background in athletics for my entire life, and even though I went to school for Fire Science and Accounting, fitness has always been more fun and passionate to me, so I became certified.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
If I had to go most common type it would be increasing the level of fitness and weight loss. For about a year I was training around 50 clients and every single one had something different they wanted to accomplish, so there really was not one common type.
