They did do a decent job cleaning the carpet, and made sure it's to our satisfaction. However the price is high ... Our carpet area is one flight of staircases (as in the photo), and there are pet stains with urine smell from our small dog. When they arrived we were quoted with a deep wash ($500~600) and disinfection ($180). The total price came as $750, and with a discount it would be $700. I understand we can decline and shop around. But we have a very busy schedule and rebooking it would cause more troubles, so we just went with it. The staff also stepped around on the freshly cleaned carpet in their outside sneakers afterwards. Beyond these, they are highly responsive, arrived timely, reliable and finished the whole work within 1 hour. If you have a busy life schedule and don't mind the price ($700 for a flight of stairs)...then I'd say this would be a great option. Update 1 week later: after the first round of clean, the carpet still smells dog urine. We called them again and they arranged a repeat deep cleaning and a stronger de-odor treatment. They also sent a different staff team who wore shoe covers this time and were very respectful. They also refunded me $100. With all the efforts they've put into, I'd give this company a 5-star rating. You can definitely rely on them doing their best to help out.

The carpet cleaning was good. The price was HIGH. But the unit is in Malibu, and upstairs. Since he came for the estimate and was willing to do same day, I went with the price. I am happy with the job that was done.
