- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read plenty of cooking books and I watch ALL the cooking the shows. I love to talk to other for have the same love for food as me and pick their brain.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was the love for food that got me in this trade.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I did a small luncheon for some ladies. Once they walked in the location and seen the table set up they were amazed. Then once they tasted everything they were speechless. Everyone was happy with the presentation and the food. At the end of the event they were ready to set up the next luncheon.
