I am adept at a full range and numerous styles of cuisines, from vegan to omnivore. I cook with an international flair and bold flavor using nothing but the highest quality ingredients.
I am available for birthdays, baby showers, luncheons, wedding rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, you name it! I also offer a full spread of baked goods for your indulgent delight -- breads, cakes, pies, cookies, scones, etc. Oh, and did I mention the uniquely flavored ice creams? Garland has cooked weekly dinners for my family of 5 for several months now. HE IS AMAZING! The food is divine, the variety is outstanding, and the leftovers delicious. Garland worked with us to tailor meals that fit with our lives and his reheating instructions made food preparation a breeze. He has helped us save money and eat healthy and we are forever grateful he is in our lives!

Garland helped create an amazing menu for a 40th birthday party with 50 guests. The food was superb, the service was delightful and working with him was an absolute pleasure. I would recommend him highly (for both meat eating a vegetarian eaters alike!).

Chef Garland catered the rehearsal dinner for our wedding and did an outstanding job. The handmade gnocchi with gruyere sauce was simply amazing. We also had some delicious garlic chicken and ratatouille, as well as some decadent desserts. We enjoyed the food at our rehearsal dinner more than the food at our wedding! All of our guests loved it as well. Chef Garland was very professional and did an overall fabulous job. We'd love to have him cook for us every chance we get!

A few years ago we had Garland cater an event for 16 people at our house. We contacted him last minute and he was able to help us out. The food was delicious, healthy and fresh. The food was delivered on time in a professional manner.

Garland Whitt provided great, and I mean great, food for my husband's 60th birthday party. He was very responsive to our suggestions and brought a wide variety of menu suggestions, as well. Every dish was exactly as he had described. Garland was prompt and well organized. Many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food. Garland has also provided desserts for a few of our events. These were also very delicious, especially his ice cream! Forget about it!
