Half way through the job, Laylanie decided she didn't quote a high enough bid so asked for more money to finish the job. The original quote was $150 for a move out clean. I had specified in the project notes that there was trash to through out, dog hair, and that the fridge and oven both needed cleaning. When she showed up, I actually said based on the work that I would pay her $200. Half way through the job she asked for $250 to finish. I agreed but I needed to leave so I paid her and she agreed she would complete the work and then lock up. She did not complete the work. The kitchen did not even look barely wiped down and she didn't take out the trash or even touch the fridge. Since I had to return the keys that day there was nothing I could do and I will probably lose part of my deposit for it. Perhaps she does better with light or basic cleaning, but I would not recommend for a move out cleaning. I reached out to Laylanie after I found that she hadn't finished the work and she never responded.
