FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to The Columbus College of Art and Design and got my BFA in photography. I also got a strong base in design, color theory and fine art. While in school I worked as a model for fashion campaigns, beauty advertising, lifestyle advertising, etc. Through this experience I learned a great deal about posing models, and I think it helped to bring me to an understanding of what it takes to make them feel comfortable in front of the camera. I graduated Cum Laude with multiple scholarships. I then assisted photographers all over the country who were shooting major advertising campaigns and editorials. I learned a great deal about lighting in studio as well as on location. I then started shooting my own editorials, advertisements, portraits, products etc.
