- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. On-site diagnostic service starts at $100 within the Los Angeles area. If you choose to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total service cost. Parts and labor are quoted separately based on your device model and issue. Discounts may be available for students, repeat customers, or bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing the issue through Thumbtack messages or phone to understand the problem. If needed, we schedule an on-site or drop-off diagnostic visit. After identifying the exact cause, we provide a clear service quote including parts and labor. Once approved, we proceed with the repair or installation and perform full testing before completing the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience includes years of hands-on work in computer hardware repair, laptop and mobile device diagnostics, network setup, and smart home installations. We regularly work with BIOS-level diagnostics, component-level troubleshooting, and advanced networking systems such as mesh Wi-Fi and satellite internet setups.
