Vital was very responsive via text, easy to work with, and courteous. While my laptop was not salvageable, Vital ran all the necessary diagnostics and explained all the details very clearly. I don’t normally leave reviews, nor did Vitalii ask me to. I really am just that impressed with his service. Working with Vitalii was more personalized than anything you’ll find at a large repair service. He sent me frequent updates as he worked to diagnose my laptop’s problem. I also want to point out that he replaced my thermal paste for free (included in the diagnostic fee), which I’ve seen go for over $100 at other services. Don’t waste your money elsewhere. Just go to Vitalii!
