My house was built in the 1950s, and as you can imagine, the backyard REALLY needed a redo. I was very nervous finding the right contractor because I've heard horror stories from friends who had worked with various contractors and construction companies. Thankfully, Building Greatness was fantastic!
When we met with David and Matt for the first time, they explained the entire process from start to finish and had some great ideas for my complete new backyard that ended up being an amazing recommendation. They were professional, patient, and prompt, ready to answer any questions and concerns along the way. Throughout the entire job, David and Matt gave us daily updates on the progress and who to expect for every step along the way. With doing construction during the pandemic, we ran into some delays and bumps along the road but David and the team did a wonderful job making sure I knew what to expect and was completely transparent.
The team was very professional and it was very clear how important it was for them to get me a beautiful and functional backyard, ready to entertain in the summer months. I am very happy with my new backyard and highly recommend them.
