I needed a retaining wall finished in my front yard. I chose JLI because Luis had the best reviews. I was not let down. The wall was done exactly as I wanted. They were able to knock it out in 1 day and it looks fantastic! He has fair pricing and was very helpful when it came to figuring out materials, he even helped pick up the materials with me. I will definitely be using JLI in the future and I recommend them highly for any construction needs!

I heartily recommend using JLI Construction! Luis gave me a very favorable bid for concrete steps and walkways needed to complete my year long home remodel. His pricing was especially favorable at a time when money was getting tight as we neared completion. He also gave me helpful information along the way I could use for his other parts of my project. Luis was fast to respond and get started. His work was great and quality to match. We’ll worth the price and he gave me a great deal. He was able to demo an old slab of concrete that wasn’t reinforced to support the items we wanted to put there, then leveled out a new reinforced slab of concrete with angles for water run off. Great job from a hard worker. Much appreciated!

I would choose all 5 options including value and punctuality. Luis did a beautiful job repairing our brick planter, after a car jumped the curb and ran into the planter. He is a perfectionist. He reached out to me right away after me asking for a quote. He kept me apprised of scheduling and arrival time. I highly recommend JLI construction!
