Master Loco is a wonderful and reliable family run company. They are truly good people who are knowledgeable and stand by their work. Rafael came to my house to try and help me find the source of a leak causing moisture in closet wall. Him and his team were so thorough in going through every possible source that might be causing the issue around the foundation. They were very accommodating and were able to get the job done on my tight timeline before I left town. When I arrived home and noticed that the water was starting to come through again I called him and he responded immediately. Lior also called to check in and make sure that I knew the issue would be solved as soon as possible. They even made time over the holiday weekend to come and find out why the water had come back. We realized that the sprinkler system which had been shut off had come on while I was out of town and was directly hitting the wall. He cemented and waterproofed the entire area and he refused to even let me pay him for the materials. I will definitely be using them again for other projects.
Also I would like to mention that my dog who is an escape artist got out while he was here and even though it was not his fault he sprung into action and drove around the neighborhood helping me look for him. Just because that’s the kind of person he is. They are hard workers and very knowledgeable and good people. Look no further!

Lior and Rafi were great to work with. We needed a complete overhaul of our hardscaping. They provided us with a very competitive estimate, started work with urgency, and their team produced great work quality for our new retention walls, stairs, hand railings, and some landscaping. There were a few additional, smaller needs that popped up along the way that were not originally planned for, and they accommodated those additional requests without increasing our total cost. Thank you!
Great experience. Rafael and crew were very professional. Ravi explained the process in terms I could understand. Gave me a good price. Always cleaned up area after complete. I would recommend Master Loco Construction if you need foundation work.

We are extremely competitive for the existing market.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to see the project in person in order to provide an accurate estimate however, sometimes photos help us get an idea of the work that needs to be done. We do our best to make it easy and comfortable for the customer.
