- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think the most important thing for me is helping a new client visualize their special ocassion I want to hear their wants and needs desires and also bring things to the their attention that they didn't necessarily know they need to pay attention to. l like to make the experience of planning your party as intimate as I possibly can which is why I do not have sales people profit of course is important but having a memorable experience is priceless.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Wolfgang puck catering. I went to le cordon bleu for culinary arts prior to that I worked for Bristol farms which gave me a varying degree of training in from learning various charcuterie to butchery everything I do is a learning experience as the world is my classroom.

celebrities, dignitaries, professionals, nonprofit organizations,realtors, fashion designers ,smaill parties of 2 to large parties of 500.
